Estate Planning Update – December 2025

I have prepared a new Last Will and Testament naming ABC Bird Conservancy as my sole beneficiary. Upon my passing, an appointed executor will handle all personal and material belongings. All physical items will be sold locally by the executor, with all proceeds going directly to ABC Bird Conservancy.

My intellectual property—including my written works, art, drawings, illustrations, designs, images, copyrights, and all future royalties—will be transferred to ABC Bird Conservancy. The executor will ensure that all current and future income arising from this creative and intellectual property flows directly to ABC, so that they will not need to manage or oversee any administrative aspects themselves.

I share this here to keep my legacy intentions clear and transparent.
